Finding out a plug cutter, without a drill press, doesn't work...

So, where can I get some cedar wood plugs in a hurry?

Drill through a 1/2" or so thick piece of scrap using a bit or the plug cutter,

Clamp that over the cedar & use it to guide the plug cutter.

Will work better than freehand drilling.
